CLOVIS, CA - - Today, Republican Assembly candidate George Radanovich called on the State Legislature to defeat a bill by Fresno Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula to give illegal immigrants $150,000 for down payments on home purchases.
“At a time when we have veterans who have served our country living on the street and hard-working citizens living paycheck to paycheck, giving a massive taxpayer-financed handout to illegal immigrants is beyond irresponsible," said Radanovich. “I call on the Legislature to come to its senses and defeat this outrageous proposal.”
George Radanovich is the leading candidate for Assembly in the 8th District. He is officially endorsed by the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC and the Republican Party of Fresno, Madera, Calaveras and Tuolumne counties.
